At Trine Dental Group, as part of our commitment to our patients, we have made a variety of financial resources and options available. We want to help you receive the care you need so you can enjoy a beautiful, healthy smile for years to come. At Dr. Christopher Pavletic’s office, we currently accept the following forms of payments:

- In-house payment plans

At Trine Dental Group, we are always happy to work with patients covered by dental insurance. We believe that insurance is a good incentive to maintain the ideal level of dental health. Keep in mind that it’s very rare for a dental plan to cover 100% of our fees outside of cleanings. Most dental insurance companies do not mean for their plans to cover all dental expenses. Many insurances say that they want to cover 80 to 100% of the insured’s dental expenses, but dentists find that most plans cover 40 to 50% of an average fee. The amount that your plan covers depends on how much you or your employer paid for the plan. Insurance policies are based on a fixed fee schedule of what is “usual and customary” that may have nothing to do with your situation.
It is important to note that while dentistry and technology have changed, insurance fee schedules have not. Insurance companies are not dental benefactors, they are profitable businesses. Insurance companies tend to reimburse an amount that is proportionate with the cost of average quality dentistry in an average office. If we were to cut our fees for the insurance company, we would reduce our quality of care, quality of staff, and laboratory services we provide, forcing us toward volume dentistry to make up the financial loss. We would no longer be able to provide the quality, individualized care you deserve. We are happy to answer any insurance questions that you may have, go over policy with you, try to maximize your benefits, and request a pre-determination of benefits to let you know what the insurer will pay.
